How Versatile Is ButylMAT Aluminium Butyl Sound Deadening Material?

ButylMAT has been developed to operate in the harshest sound deadening environments .  From concept to manufacturing we have pushed the boundaries on sound deadening properties, weight, thickness and useability.  The aim was to reduce the aluminium foil layer and the butyl layer to the thinest possible whilst maintaining product stability and durability. 



With the introduction of a UV stable filmic layer on top of the thin aluminium layer we achieved a higher performing product for its weight and thickness.   It is also tear resistant allowing ButylMAT Sound Deadening Material to conform to the most difficult geometry whilst only taking up 1.7mm of packaging space. 

We are overjoyed with the performance and ease of use of ButylMAT we created a unique website to demonstrate the possible uses of this UK manufactured product.
